Do you want to learn French from anywhere?

     

 I am grateful to have had the opportunity to study with Lily and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their French language skills. She is an exceptional teacher and a wonderful person.

 I have been lucky enough to learn French with Lily for nine months now. I tried a lot of languages schools before and I can say that Lily is the most amazing teacher I ever had. Learning French was never easy for me, but her teaching style is exceptional, and she has a remarkable ability to make the lessons both fun and informative. Because we talk French that much during a lesson, I can put in use what I learned and it gives me a lot of routine.

Not only did she make the classroom a safe, judgment free space, she integrated French culture and gastronomy into the curriculum.  When I started studying French I didn't understand anything, it was hard and kind of boring. But when I got to Lily's class everything changed. She's sweet, patient, attentive and explains really carefully. She litteraly was the first person to make me like French so I'm truly grateful with her.

 Setting up in France and having a french boyfriend made mandatory for me to learn French ;-) After multiple and not convincing experiences with different teachers in individual and group lessons, I have finally/luckily found the right teacher with Lily. Lily is a very structured teacher building the basics in a very effective being the grammar and the vocabulary. She is therefore securing quick progress while ensuring that the fundamentals are solid. Bottom line, my french boy friend will become soon "mon mari" which proves that I learnt quite good French with Lily :-)

 I began French lessons with Lily a year ago and I owe all the progress I've made in learning the language, especially in speaking it, to her excellent teaching skills. She is structured in her teaching approach, yet she tailors her lessons to each student's current level and ability to pick up the language. She ensures that you learn the more theoretical parts of French such as conjugation of verbs while focusing on the more practical learning like talking about your weekend plans, ordering at a restaurant or asking for directions, using interactive videos and fun exercises. I have definitely enjoyed learning French from Lily and always looked forward to our weekly Zoom class. Lily, tu es une professeure extraordinaire. J'ai de la chance de t'avoir comme professeur!
